Parents and Guardians: We encourage you to get involved with your children's online usage and to be
aware of the activities in which they are participating. While we welcome all new and repeat guests to enjoy the many features of our site, we also encourage you to limit your children's time online. When used properly, the Internet can be entertaining and educational. But even we at GodSpeaks realize that there is a lot more to a well-balanced life than sitting in front of a computer monitor.

Information Collection Policies:

We do not ask for more information from kids than is reasonably necessary to allow them to participate in an activity. And we do not, under any circumstances, share any information with any third parties.

Parents, you have the right to have any personal information about your child removed from the web site! If your child submitted an entry without your permission and you'd like his or her information removed, just send an e-mail to removechild@godspeaks.net. We'll delete your child's entry immediately.

Guests who use electronic postcards are asked for their first name and e-mail addresses solely for the purpose of sending the postcards. The e-mail addresses of the sender and the recipient of the postcards
are deleted from the system after the postcard has expired.

We have a monthly e-mail newsletter program for people 18 years or over who provide their e-mail address. Guests who register are added to the GodSpeaks mailing list, which is not shared with any third party. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter program at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail. To have your name and personal information completely removed from the GodSpeaks database, send an e-mail request to remove@godspeaks.net.

GodSpeaks does not sell, distribute, barter or transfer personally identifiable information obtained from any guest to a third party. However, GodSpeaks may be required by an order of a court or other authorized government entity to disclose such information.

Cookies: GodSpeaks.net employs limited use of cookies to help us make the site better. A "cookie" is a small, temporary file placed on your computer's hard disk, and is used to collect user information. Cookies help us to find out what kind of computer and web browser you are using to visit our site, how often you visit, and which pages you look at while you're here.
